Take a 10th grade at our efterskole and get the best possible starting point for a youth education. Besides becoming more ready for education, you get a year with good experiences, new friends, interesting subjects, excursions and one trip abroad.
Our teachers will motivate you and keep your academic development moving. The surroundings invite social and personal development, which matters just as much to us as the academic focus. We prepare you for the adult life that is waiting – including the everyday practicalities of moving away from home.
Exam subjects fill half the week. The other days you have your subject line and electives – so you can nerd out on your interest while keeping your level in Danish, English and maths.

Questions about 10th grade
Do you sit real exams?
Yes. You finish Danish, English and maths with both a written and an oral grade, and there are half-yearly mock exams.
Can I go to gymnasium afterwards?
Yes – 10th grade with exams is built to make you more ready for a general upper secondary education. There are also bridge-building placements with other educations and workplaces.
Are efterskole and fagskole students mixed?
Yes. In subject lines, electives and everything social, all students are mixed – it is a big part of why the atmosphere works.
